Support Beyond Hospice Care

Through LINK Palliative Care, individuals living with a serious illness can receive symptom management, care coordination and additional support while continuing curative treatment. GUIDE Dementia Care offers specialized education, resources and ongoing support for individuals living with dementia and their caregivers.
Additionally, the Cedar AIDS Support System (CASS), provides compassionate case management and support services for people living with HIV throughout northeast Iowa.

Grief is a journey that looks different for everyone, which is why Cedar Valley Hospice offers grief support services for hospice families and anyone in our community who is grieving.
