One of the strategic priorities in our chamber’s current plan is strengthening city and community communication. At its core, that goal is really about one thing: making sure businesses feel heard and helping create stronger, more productive relationships between our business community and local partners.
We know that business owners and managers run into challenges every day. Sometimes it is confusion about a process; difficulty navigating a regulation; concerns about communication, workforce issues, or barriers that make it harder to operate or grow. Other times, it is simply an idea about how we could improve our community or better support local businesses. No matter how big or small the issue may seem, we want to hear about it.
The Advocacy Request Form gives our members a direct line to the chamber team. It allows us to identify patterns, elevate concerns when needed, and work collaboratively with community partners to help find solutions. Our role is not to create conflict. It is to serve as a bridge between businesses and decision-makers and to help foster conversations that move our region forward.
Some of the most impactful work we do starts with a simple conversation or a member speaking up about an issue they are experiencing. If something is affecting your business, there is a good chance others may be experiencing it too.
As we continue working toward our strategic goals, your feedback is incredibly important. We encourage you to use the form, share your perspective, and help us better advocate for the business community.
