Our Member Spotlight showcases the people and businesses that make Clear Lake thrive. Each quarter, we’ll feature one Chamber member to share their story, insights, and community connections in a quick Q-and-A.
Founded by Tom Stephany in 2010, Stephany Insurance helps individuals, families and businesses manage risk and protect what matters most.
With locations in Clear Lake and Iowa Falls, the independent insurance agency offers auto, home, business, farm, health and life insurance, with an emphasis on getting to know each client and finding coverage that fits their individual needs.
That personal approach extends beyond insurance, too, with the Stephany Insurance team supporting local programs and staying actively connected to the communities they serve.
We caught up with Stephany to learn more about Stephany Insurance, what he values about doing business in Clear Lake and the simple piece of advice that has guided his career.
