Cedar Valley Stem & Stein returns this Saturday

Waterloo, IA – Food lovers, craft beverage enthusiasts, and community supporters are invited to experience one of the Cedar Valley's signature summer events as Cedar Valley Stem & Stein returns this Saturday, August 8, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at RiverLoop Expo Plaza in downtown Waterloo.

Presented by the Waterloo Center for the Arts and Hy-Vee, Cedar Valley Stem & Stein is the Midwest's premier summer tasting event, bringing together an outstanding selection of craft and domestic beers, premium wines, distilled spirits, and local cuisine for an evening.

Festival admission includes a commemorative tasting glass and unlimited samples of food, beer, wine, and distilled spirits, with nonalcoholic beverage options also available. Guests will enjoy bites from Bien VenU of Cedar Falls and other local caterers showcasing the region's flavors. Cedar Valley Fish Market will also be onsite with full-sized food offerings available for purchase.

Whether attendees are looking to discover a new craft beverage, sample local cuisine, or enjoy a night out with friends, Cedar Valley Stem & Stein offers options for a range of tastes.

More than just a celebration of Midwest flavors, Stem & Stein serves as the major annual fundraiser for the Friends of the Art Center. Proceeds from the event help support scholarships, public art, cultural performances, and community arts programs that make the arts accessible while enhancing quality of life throughout the Cedar Valley.

Tickets are $40 per person, with group discounts available at $5 off each ticket. Advance ticket purchase is encouraged, but tickets will also be sold at the gate.
