Clear Lake’s favorite summer tradition is back. Thursdays on Main kicks off early on May 28, 2026, and organizers say you won’t want to miss a single Thursday night this summer. Each week, Main Avenue transforms into a bustling street party where the fun starts early, the music carries down the block, and downtown stays busy long after dinner. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Thursdays on Main is one of the best ways to spend a summer night in Clear Lake.
Hosted by the Clear Lake Chamber, Thursdays on Main features live music, classic cars, motorcycles, bounce houses, Strider Bikes, shopping, food, and reasons to stay downtown a little longer. Many local retailers stay open late, patios fill up quickly, and the whole district turns into a weekly summer hangout. The event is free, supported by sponsors.
What’s new for 2026
This year, motorcycles are joining the event. Bikers will have a dedicated display zone and will follow the same timing and guidelines as the classic cars that will remain in their usual zone.
