WATERLOO — Cedar Valley Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic, a branch of Cedar Valley Medical Specialists, will open a Denver location in March.
The new clinic will be located next to Larson Family Chiropractic at 160 E. Main St. Denver and the surrounding area residents will receive medical care for an array of conditions including minor illnesses, chronic disease management, women’s health and more. Libby Uhlenhopp, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C will lead the new clinic. She currently provides care at the Waterloo location.

“Rural access health care is a need that is not always met. Opening the clinic not only helps provide this access for family practice but also for occupational health and walk-in services,” said Uhlenhopp. “We also want to bring access to several different specialties to the Denver community. This coordination of care will be easier for patients and way more efficient.”

The Denver clinic will have its grand opening in March. Patients do not need a referral or appointment to be seen.
Opened in January 2021, Cedar Valley Primary Care & Walk-In Clinic currently has clinics in Waterloo, Parkersburg and Shellsburg.
