William Burt opened a brick-and-mortar Waterloo barber shop called Kut Kings in mid-March 2021.

Barber shop Kut Kings, 526 W. Mullan Ave. in Waterloo, opened in mid-March and will have a grand opening event Friday.
The potential agreement comes before a full broadband study has been publicly released to Waterloo taxpayers.
Waterloo officials pushed back the proposal at a March 15 meeting to potentially join forces with nearby cities.
