CEDAR FALLS — The outdoors takes over indoors Jan. 22-24 when the 28th annual Iowa Boat, RV and Vacation Show sets up shop in the UNI-Dome.

Boats ranging from fishing boats to power boats and recreational vehicles from lightweight campers to motorhomes will be displayed by nearly 25 dealers offering hundreds of new models at preseason prices and others at close-out cost.

Other exhibits include dozens of resorts and fishing camps, campgrounds, charter fishing and tourism destinations where vacations and trips can be booked. Truck accessories and fishing tackle will also be on display.

Show visitors can also catch the Fishin’ Magicians comedy magic show set for Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at noon, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.

Meanwhile, the seminar lineup features walleye angler Steve Miller, ice fishing expert Jason Mitchell, tournament bass angler Chris Aswegan and boat writer and speaker Scott “Sky” Smith.

Show hours are 3-9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $7 for adults with youth 12 and under free. Admission is discounted to $5 on Friday. Parking is free all three days.
