CEDAR FALLS | Hartman Reserve Nature Center will host area agencies for an open house that can provide resources, in-class presentations, curricula, field trips, tours and much more Aug. 26.
Educators are invited to come see demonstrations and ask questions to help provide opportunities for the students of the Cedar Valley.
The event will include Black Hawk County Soil amd Water District, the Cedar Falls and Waterloo public libraries, George Wyth State Park, the Cedar Fall Historical Society, Hick’s Place, the STEM Hub and more.
Food will be provided courtesy of Wal-Mart and Tyson Foods. Also, upon entry educators will be entered to win a free cabin rental at Big Woods Campground.
