No weapon was shown, and no injuries were reported in the crime. Court records allege Allen acted as a lookout.
Lewis was detained following a disturbance at the 24-hour Walmart on Flammang Drive. Employees had removed a group of youths around 1 a.m. Tuesday because they were riding around the store in motorized shopping carts, and after they left the parking lot, one of them pointed something that a security guard thought was a gun.
Police were called and stopped their vehicle at West Ninth and Washington streets but didn’t find a firearm. Lewis was found inside the vehicle and arrested, according to police. Police said the vehicle matched one seen in the area of the Kwik Star robbery on Monday.
