Cedar Valley Additive Manufacturers User Group July meeting details:

Renishaw is one of the world's leading engineering and scientific technology companies, with expertise in precision measurement and healthcare. The company supplies products and services used in applications as diverse as jet engine and wind turbine manufacture, through to dentistry and brain surgery. It is also a world leader in the field of additive manufacturing, where it is the only UK business that designs and makes industrial machines which ‘print' parts from metal powder.  The Renishaw Group currently has more than 70 offices in 35 countries, with over 4,000 employees worldwide.  The July 12th CVAMUG presentation will cover how Renishaw went from a user of Metals AM to an innovator and OEM as well as explore some of the technology developments that remove the barriers to the production of end use parts.

All meetings are free and open to the public. Any individual or business that would like to learn more about 3D printing technologies should attend the 5:30pm-6:30pm meeting.  Meetings are held at TechWorks, the 2nd Thursday of the month, next to the John Deere Tractor Museum.
