Eight new associates joined VGM Group in Waterloo. NICOLE ERNST is with VGM’s Homelink division. She works in collections and previously was with CBE Companies. SAMANTHA CHARLEY and MARK FERRARE also joined Homelink. Charley is a patient care coordinator and was with BioLife Plasma Services. Ferrare is a national sales executive. STACEY BARGMAN is a patient care coordinator for VGM’s National Sleep Services division. VGM Group also added these associates to its team: JEFF DRIVER, previously with UnityPoint Health, is a business analyst for VGM’s Homelink division. He has a bachelor’s degree from Luther College and a master’s of business administration degree from University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. JESSICA SELLECK joined Homelink as a clinical review specialist. She was with Cedar Falls Community School District. SCOTT SCHIEL is a software tester with Homelink and was at AT&T. Strategic Imaging, VGM’s digital and off-set printing company, also hired NICK HOWE. He previously was with RR Donnelley.
NICKY BECHTHOLD joined Cardinal Construction Inc. as a project administrator. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a communications degree, she previously was with the Samuels Group, in the same role.
JODY STONE, professor of teaching and science education at the University of Northern Iowa, has received the 2017 Outstanding Service Award from the Iowa Science Teaching Section of the Iowa Academy of Science at the ISTS Elements of STEM conference held in Ankeny. The award is presented to individuals who have made sustained, extraordinary contributions to ISTS and to science education at the state and national level.
RICK ROBINSON joined ACES as a systems technician. Robinson, of Denver, previously was at Clifton, Larsen, and Allen Senior Consultant.
CHRIS ROUW, in addition to his role as a partner at Far Reach in Cedar Falls, was named chief product officer.
