TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cash Sale. Nonrefundable down payment of 10% on date of auction.
Method of payment accepted: certified funds or personal check w/ bank letter of credit. Balance due in
full at time of closing. Closing to take place on or about November 18, 2021. Possession to be given
on day of closing. Sellers warrant title and will deliver a Trustee Warranty Deed and abstract showing
merchantable title. Real Estate sold “as is” and pursuant to standard terms of Iowa State Bar Association contract. The current farm tenancy has been terminated in accordance with Iowa Code Section 562.
