Duties include: • Working with internal and external customers to identify parts needed. • Assist with daily shipping and receiving • Assist with inventory and cycle counts • Perform housekeeping duties as needed • Maintain a high level of parts knowledge through available training Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent customer service skills. Parts experience is a plus. Must be able to lift and/or transfer a max of 100lbs with frequent lifting and/or carry up to 50 lbs. SERVICE ADVISOR TECHNICIAN - CP Needed in Waterloo Needed in Sumner & Keystone Duties include Supports the service department by scheduling service jobs and working closely with customers to ensure total customer satisfaction. Previous service experience and familiarity with JD and competitive products. Must have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary. Performs basic/complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment/power equipment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of equipment.
