Officers responded to a report of vandalism to a vehicle parked on 11th Street Northwest.

May 15

Police received a report of vandalism to a vehicle.

May 16

A female juvenile from Bremwood Campus was referred to Juvenile Court Services for disorderly conduct.

Police received a report of vandalism to a Waverly residence.

May 17

The Waverly Public Library reported damage to a cement column.

Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. Further investigation led to the arrest of John Harold Johnson, 41, Waverly, for operating while intoxicated, first offense.

May 18

At 12:52 a.m., officers arrested Ryan J. Gerardy, 20, Eldridge, for public intoxication.

Police were called to the LIED Education Center for an assault on a teacher by a male juvenile. The juvenile was referred to Juvenile Court Services.

May 19

A male juvenile on the Bremwood Campus was charged with disorderly conduct for damaging property on the campus.

May 23

Police received a report of an assault that occurred in the 1300 block of Third Avenue Southwest.

May 25

At 11:31 p.m., police arrested Ted Robert Ford, 22, Delhi, and Jonathan Andrew Stavast, 21, residence not available, for public intoxication.

May 26

Officers investigated a dispute between two subjects in the 100 block of First Avenue Northeast. The investigation led to the arrest of Abigail Lea Manser, 22, Milo, for public intoxication.

At 1:54 a.m., police responded to the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast to a report of a male subject urinating on the lawn at the residence. Jacob William Lohmann, 21, Tripoli, was charged with public intoxication.

Police responded to a report of theft from a resident at Bartels Retirement Community.
