CHICAGO — Jack Dugan scored his second goal of the game in overtime to lift Eastern Conference co-leader Chicago to a 3-2 overtime win over Waterloo Saturday in United States Hockey League action.

Each team scored once in each of the first two periods. Garrett Klee provided Waterloo’s first-period goal and Jack Drury gave the Black Hawks a brief 2-1 lead in the second before Chicago evened it up again.

Neither team found the net in the third period as goalies Matej Tomek of Waterloo and Oskar Autio of Chicago carried the game into overtime where Dugan ended it 1:08 into the extra period.

Waterloo slipped to 11-6-1-1 and is 5-0-1-1 in its last seven games. Chicago improved to 10-4-1-2 with its first win in its last five games.
