IOWA CITY, Iowa — Waterloo West sophomore Queshandis Seals poured in 22 points, but the Wahawks were no match for top-ranked Iowa City West on the road Tuesday, 74-44.

Seals hit five 3-pointers for West, but nobody else contributed more than six points.

“Seals shot the ball very well tonight and gave us a little spark on offense,” said West coach Justin Little.

Iowa City West (16-0) built a 42-20 halftime lead and was led by University of Northern Iowa recruit Jeremy Morgan’s 17 points.

The Wahawks return to action Friday when they host Cedar Falls.
