DUBUQUE — Taylor Heinen tied for the day’s top score and Cedar Falls closed Monday’s Missouri Valley Conference Divisional atop the leaderboard.

After finishing in a tie with Cedar Rapids Kennedy at the MVC Super Meet, the Tigers out-shot Kennedy by nine strokes Monday, finishing the day with a score of 604.

Heinen led the way, tying Washington’s Connor Neighbors for the day’s top score with 67. Ben Bermel also had a top-five finish, tying for fifth with a 72.

Joe Dean (74) and Kevin Young (80) completed the scoring for Cedar Falls, which looks to close things out at the final MVC Divisional on Sept. 25 at The Meadows Golf Course in Dubuque.MVC Divisional
