NORMAL, Ill. — With her team in danger of being eliminated, Macey Wolfe wasn’t ready to go home just yet.

Wolfe blasted a walk-off, three-run home run in the bottom of the seventh inning and top-seeded Northern Iowa advanced to the title game of the Missouri Valley Conference softball tournament with a 6-4 win over Wichita State Friday.

The decisive homer capped a monster day for Wolfe, who drove in all six Panther runs. She started the scoring with a sacrifice fly in the first inning, then belted a two-run homer in the fifth.
