LUBBOCK, Texas — Iowa State turned the ball over just seven times and posted a 66-54 Big 12 Conference women’s basketball win at Texas Tech Saturday night.

The Cyclones (8-9 overall, 2-4 Big 12) snapped a four-game losing streak.

Iowa State rode a 10-0 first-quarter run into the lead and never gave it up, leading by as many as 21 points early in the fourth quarter.

Madison Wise scored 17 points, Emily Durr 15 and Bridget Carleton 12 for the Cyclones.
