WATERLOO -- Two more people have been arrested for allegedly stomping on a woman's head and taking her money.

Police arrested Jesse Howard Mintey, 30, and his brother, Donald Keith Mintey, 34, addresses unavailable, Thursday on warrants for first-degree robbery. Bond was set at $100,000 apiece.

Dennis Allen Didominicus, 38, of Waterloo, was arrested for first-degree robbery shortly before the Minteys were taken into custody.

A woman told police she had approached Jesse Mintey sometime between 7 and 8 p.m. Sunday to pay him money she owed, according to court records.

But before she could pay him, she was punched in the face. She fell to the ground, where the three began stomping on her head, court records state.

She passed out and noticed her money was missing when she regained consciousness.

The woman was taken to Allen Hospital and suffered broken bones to her face and had internal bleeding of the brain, records state.

First-degree robbery is punishable by up to 25 years in prison upon conviction.
