CEDAR FALLS — Nancy C. Strickler, 81, of Cedar Falls, died at home Thursday, Nov. 30.
She was born March 17, 1936, in New Hartford, daughter of Herman and Dorothy Cox Schuck. She married Larry Strickler on Aug. 23, 1957, in Washington, D.C.
She graduated from New Hartford High School and attended Iowa State University. She was employed as a secretary and loan officer with Farm Credit of Omaha in Cedar Falls, and then co-owned L and N Transportation in Cedar Falls, with her husband.
Survived by: her husband; a daughter, LeAnn Blair of Firestone, Colo.; a son, David of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren, Sarah, Ryan, and Jordan Blair, and Steven Strickler.
Preceded in death by: three brothers, Richard, Gerald and Tom Schuck.
Memorial services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at First United Methodist Church, with inurnment in Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, at Richardson Funeral Service.

Nancy loved playing bridge, gardening and fishing at the cabin in the Ozarks.
