HUDSON -- Danielle Sporrer and Austin Goodnight were married May 13 in Waterloo.
The Rev. Tom McDermott performed the 1:30 p.m. ceremony at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, followed by a reception at the University of Northern Iowa Commons Ballroom.
Parents of the couple are Rick and Chris Sporrer of Nevada, Iowa, and Trent and Angie Goodnight of Hudson.
Maids of honor for their sister were Clara Sporrer and Erica Sporrer, both of Nevada. Bridesmaids were Cassandra Brower, also of Nevada, Katie Baughman of Geneva, Ill., Shannon Fynaardt of Pella and Cassie Aten of Denver, Colo., sister of the groom.
Best men were Ben Huber of Columbus, Ohio, and Chad Smith of Waterloo. Groomsmen were Nick Graves of Cedar Falls, Grant Wolfe of Waterloo, Justin Petersen of Hudson and Michael Aten of Denver, brother-in-law of the groom.
Flower girls were Addi Kaiser of Ankeny and Ally Timmerman of Cherokee, cousins of the bride. Ring bearer was Aiden Boever of Smithville, Mo., cousin of the groom.
Seating guests were Luke Eveland of Camdenton, Mo., cousin of the bride; and Brad Goodnight of Freeburg, Ill., uncle of the groom.
The bride graduated in May from UNI with a degree in elementary/middle level education and Will be student teaching this fall in the Cedar Rapids Prairie School District.
The groom, who graduated from UNI in May 2016, is currently attending the University of Iowa College of Law.
They live in Iowa City.
