HUDSON -- Kelsey Reiter and Nathan Easley were married April 8 in Eagle Center.

Parents of the couple are Russ and Marianne Reiter of Hudson and Barbara and Mike Vakulsas of Eldridge and Jeff and Angela Easley of Martelle.

The Rev. Ray Atwood performed the 2 p.m. ceremony at St. Mary of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, followed by a reception at the Henderson Center, Independence.

Matron of honor was Lindsay Plathe of Trimble, Mo., sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Johanna Smith of Ankeny, Jordan Kremer of Cedar Falls, Josie Ledger of Stockport, Sarah Wieenhoeft of Ankeny, and Heather Terhune of Bettendorf, sister of the groom.

Best man was Colin Stuhr of West Liberty. Groomsmen were Ben Freese of Phoenix, Mitch Woods of West Des Moines, Tyler Lundsgaard of Denver, Colo., Pete Smith of Atlantic and Dane Reiter of La Porte City, brother of the bride.

Seating guests were Nate Lincoln of Glenwood and Michael Plathe of Trimble, brother-in-law of the bride. Personal attendants were Shelby Schaa of Kamrar and Molly Franken of Dunlap.

The bride is a 2012 Iowa State University graduate with a degree in kinesiology and health sciences and a 2016 graduate of Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences with a BSN degree. She is an intensive care nurse at Mercy Medical Center, Clinton. The groom, also a 2012 Iowa State graduate with an agricultural business degree, is employed by the family farm, Blue Hyll Dairy, in Clinton.

They live in DeWitt.
