WATERLOO — James and Mary Jean Thies Pint celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to the New England states.
They were married Oct. 28, 1967, in Sumner.
James worked at Kroblin Transportation Systems and Wonder Bread as a mechanic, bodyman and welder. He is a retired Teamster. Mary Jean worked at Kroblin Transportation Systems in the office and at Matt Parrott & Sons as a receptionist and in accounts payable. She also is retired.
They have one son, Trent of Waterloo.
