If you don't receive the Courier's printed newspaper by 4:30 p.m. weekdays (rural motor route delivery by 5 p.m.) or 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, please call your carrier, who is an independent contractor. If you cannot reach your carrier, please call the circulation department between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. weekdays and 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. If you want to start or stop delivery of service, please call the circulation department the day before.
